Jarek Zarychta, Polish, is the Team Leader of the R2D Syunik project.
He is a business and regional development expert, with strong hands-on experience in working with non-profits (NGOs, CSOs), small and medium enterprises (SMEs), central administration, regional and local government units.
Since 1994 he has been constantly working for the EU, DFID, USAID, and other external donors across Europe, in Ukraine, Armenia and Iraq.
He has worked as an expert, trainer, project coordinator and project manager /team leader on dozens of projects of different types, range, and budget. Jarek possesses in-depth experience in designing and running training courses and workshops, as well as providing advisory and consulting services.
He provides lectures on strategic and operational planning, project preparation and management, as well as the EU funds application related topics.
Author of many publications, training materials, manuals, and papers.
