Norayr Harutyunyan has been the Community Initiatives Coordinator for the R2D Syunik project since March 2026.
Prior to joining the project, he worked in public and state institutions in the fields of agriculture and community development. At SDA, as an agricultural consultant, he participated in programs for the development of pasture infrastructure and the production of high-value fodder crops. At Avenue Consulting Group, as an expert, he was involved in agricultural development projects, including the construction of the Vedi reservoir and the introduction of innovative irrigation systems. At the EPIU, he worked as an expert and community coordinator, contributing to the cultivation and increase in harvests of high-value fodder crops.
Norayr graduated from the National Agrarian University of Armenia with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
He has participated in numerous international seminars and workshops.
